How jobs.alemiin.com works
Where the vacancies come from
We read only sources published for reuse: the public job boards employers keep in their recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho Recruit) and the public APIs of some remote-job sites, within their terms. We do not copy other job boards and do not read pages behind a login.
Today we read the career pages of 165 employers and 2 remote job sites.
See every sourceWhat we show
Only the facts: the role, the company, the place, the employment type, the pay when advertised and the skills mentioned, written in our own words. We neither store nor publish the job description. To apply, we send you to the employer or the source.
Our crawler: AlemiinJobsBot
The crawler identifies itself as "AlemiinJobsBot/1.0 (+https://jobs.alemiin.com/en/how-it-works#crawler)". It reads robots.txt before every request and fetches nothing it disallows. It waits at least 1.5 seconds between two requests to the same server, keeps to each source's limits, and uses no accounts, proxies or ways around blocks. If a site refuses us, we stop.
For employers
If you publish your vacancies on a recruiting system with a public job board, we can list them for free. If you would rather not be listed, request removal: we take a single vacancy down at once and, on request, your whole company from every source.
Removal request →Personal data
We do not store recruiters' names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers: they are removed automatically from every field we keep. When you send a removal request, we keep your e-mail only to handle it. For your rights under Law 124/2024 (such as erasure), see the privacy policy or write to us.
The board is operated by Alemiin.
